During this 1 ½ hour session you will meet with an attorney who has reviewed your unique, personal situation to prepare for your session. You will:
- do a “worst case” scenario analysis if you are confronted with a disastrous lawsuit
- examine what assets are at risk
- identify immediate opportunities to protect yourself
- discuss how to make sure what is already protected stays that way
- review and/or set your goals as they relate to what you wish to accomplish by protecting your assets
- review the laws to learn strategies available to protect your assets
- learn what assets are exempt in the state of Massachusetts
- learn why most asset protection plans fail
- learn the “key” to protecting your assets
- discuss how to take advantage of the ever-changing laws
- learn strategies to deal with change
