The firm has even developed an Unique Self-Guided 19-Point Trust, Estate, Asset Protection and charitable Planning Legal Guide to help families review their planning to make sure it continues to meet their goals and objectives. Drawing from their experience, the firm has also developed a proprietary Estate Planning Program called "Lifetime Protection Program." This program takes into account a client's unique values, circumstances and goals, and designs customized strategies to achieve significant results, such as avoiding probate; reducing income, estate/gift and other taxes; protecting assets; preserving and increasing wealth; providing for charitable cases that are important to them and provide for themselves when they want, the way they want. Through our unique process we are able to communicate opportunities that people have to enhance their experience and create value for them, their families and their communities in which they live.

Dennis B. Sullivan, Esq., LLM, CPA has over 30 years of service to individuals,  families, businesses and charitable organizations. He was a 15 year member of the AARP Legal Services Network, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, WealthCounsel, Elder Counsel, and the Massachusetts Society of CPA’s. He earned a Masters in Business Administration from the MIT's Sloan School of Business, a Master of Laws in Taxation from Boston University School of Law, a J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and a B.S., summa cum laude, from Suffolk University.

He also has provided continuing professional education courses for professional, business, and non-profit audiences. He and the Estate Planning and Asset Protection Law Center of Dennis Sullivan and Associates are committed to helping people and their families discover how to protect their home, spouse and life savings, while creating a lasting legacy for their families, communities and generations to come.

Greta A. Atchinson, Esq: Greta@DSullivan.com

Greta A. Atchinson graduated from the University of Maine School of Law in 2009 and was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in November 2009. Attorney Atchinson dedicates her practice to helping families who are worried about losing their home and other assets to rising medical and nursing home costs, taxes, as well as the costs and time delays of the probate court process.

Attorney Atchinson gives presentations on varied subjects including, estate planning, tax reform and how it affects your family and planned giving. 

In addition to her legal work, Greta also serves on the Board of Governors for the Westover School in Middlebury, CT where she is also chair of the annual fund. In her spare time Greta enjoys reading, cooking, hiking with her Beagles, and speaking Russian.
